| Rebuttal: Buyer was warned - no refund for cheap uninsured envelope shippings ! If you want tracking and insurance - you must pay for it first !!! No exceptions. |

| Comments: I have waiteed 2weeks and after many emails to and from this person, I still don,t have the item. He said he shipped 1st.class mail,uninsured and no way of tracking the shipment. He will not reship the item. So, you make up your mind, He has my money and I have his word he sent the item. |

| Comments: I mailed payment the morning following the auctions close. After not receiving any package or feedback for over 2 weeks, I emailed an inquiry only to recieve a response of, "oops, forgot about yours" or something. It took over three weeks and a request for my money back to receive the item I won and paid for. This guy ruined the E-auction experience for me. Proceed at your own risk.... |

| Comments: Please chek Ryans negative comments,parabellum wanted to uas Email so the truth of his actions would not be made public.I was told to F---off and not bid anymore on his items when I questioned what was taking so long in delivering the item I was high bid on at the end of the auction.If any one is interested I will forward all of his Emails as they get worse. . |
