| Comments: Seller backed out of sale for item number 5890572. Seller did not indicate that he did not accept personal checks. He even sent me an email telling me to send my "check or MO to:" I replied within 12 hours telling him my check would be in the mail on Monday. He *then* changed his terms to require a MO or cashier's check. I told him the check was already made out and that I didn't mind him holding it until it cleared. Seller then called off the deal. I was not happy. I wouldn't recommend buying from anyone who changes the terms of sale after the fact. |

| Rebuttal: This gentleman is correct, I cancelled the sale when the only thing he was going to send me was a check. I am an FFL and I don't sell any kind of weapon to a party with a check, unless of course I know them and I didn't know him. Lived in another state. |
