| Comments: Item as described. Price was great. However, I was highly disappointed with the overall transaction from start to finish. I paid for the item and had FFL sent within a few hours of the auction close. It took well over a week for them to ship it, even after several calls. would not buy from again. |

| Comments: I contacted the seller several times by email to send me an invoice and got no response back. I then called and spoke with a young lady asking her to send me an invoice. She sounded very unorganized and unprofessional. I never recieved the invoice even after speaking with her. BUYERS BEWARE!! SHADY! |

| Comments: I used buy now, they had the guns (measured barrel) than 2 days later they were sold?? They said it was a mistake! Dealing with them is a MISTAKE. Manager has no problem LYING TO MAKE MORE MONEY!!! Gun auction said they could not do anything about it. NEVER WILL TRUST THEM FOR ANY TRANSACTION |

| Rebuttal: The guns that are on the auction are on the shelf in my store. If you buy it on the auction at the same time as a customer buys it.It goes to the customer standing in front of me. Sorry it rarely EVER happens but in your case it did. After Sandy hook in CT everything flew off our shelves. |

She measured the barrel On jan 4 I got a call from manager stating that the guns had been sold to someone else?? Mistake- LIE, More Money NEVER DEAL THERE! |

| Comments: I was the high bidder of a no reserve auction on a new gun. Guns Inc. told me that the item had already sold. I sent them several emails offering them 30 days to get me a gun. No response from Guns Inc. Poor, Poor business people. |

| Comments: Seller never would send invoice,I emailed 4 times requesting invoice via auction arms, seller then leaves me a Negative feed back. So in return i have to do the same. Would have been much easier if seller would have sent invoice so i could have sent payment. No money or Firearms ever exchanged hands |
