| Comments: Avoid this problem seller.Poor communications,you have to call them.Stalled me until after New Years.Item arrived with broken stock.PO refused insure because of poor packing,told me to send it back.they refunded purchase price only.Said they would refund shipping.I`m still waiting. Bad experience. |

| Comments: Seller was unable to deliver pistol after auction was over. Said they sold it locally. I think it went for a much lower price than they anticipated and they wouldn't let it go that cheap.I was able to find another pistol for $50 more. I will be very cautious before I bid on this companies auctions. |

| Rebuttal: We list our guns and we keep them on the shelf in the shop, to get the best chance of a sale. When a gun is sold from the shop, it gets removed from auction, when sells in auction gets removed from shelf. This happened to sell in both places at relatively same time. |

| Comments: This is for browning rifel rated at 99%. The rifel had Two marks in the barrel from rifel rack and four pits in front scope mount and twenty dings in the stock on right side.I wood rate this rifel at 85% or lower.Think twice before bidding on shooters auctons |

| Comments: Gun listed NIB, no box or manual after sale, said it was due to water leak.Previous same issue, still listed as NIB.When received, gun had marks on stock.Wrong rings sent w/gun, still to be remedied. Slow to respond to e-mail and questions, not real knowledgeable about gun. Would not recommend. |

| Rebuttal: Price of gun was lowered in place of destroyed box by agreement of buyer. Delay was due to buyer's FFLs delay in getting copy of license to us. Rings were not wrong for gun, just not the ones the buyer expected, which has been corrected since. |

Shootersports said to purchase missing parts from Browning. Poor customer service, and calloused attitude to rectify a sale that makes the gun unusable w/o a scope |

| Rebuttal: Gun was listed & pictures taken exactly as it was being sold, even the buyer admitted. There was no misleading on the sale. The parts that he wanted us to provide would cost us over $50 out of our pocket. We were never asked about using the gun w/out a scope. Attempts were made to appease the buyer. |
