| Rebuttal: DID PAY IN 5 DAYS. FFL REC 3/14 SHIPPED 3/15 PO SAYS DEL'D 3/19 HIS FACTS ARE INCORRECT. NEVER CONTACTED US RE CONDITION WHICH WAS FAIRLY GRADED. HE GOT A GREAT DEAL. SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED US TO AVOID THIS TYPE OF UNPLEASANTNESS. SEEMS PREOCUPIED WITH "FEEDBACK". |

| Comments: Terms of pmt must be set in auction, NOT after. USPS can't get mail on time since 9-11. The NEG E-MAIL "Your payment is over-due-What are your intentions?" are in poor taste, there was no e-mail check rcv'd. $25 s/h for $16.10 on pkg should at least buy common courtesy. |

| Rebuttal: Felt gun not described correctly. Did not agree BUT OFFERED FULL REFUND. He refused refund and went out and shot the gun. Then tried go get us to pay him a partial amount. He got a great deal but wanted a better deal!!!! |

Perhaps unintentional but unfair. |

| Comments: The reason this is a neutral rating is the seller failed to mention that the stock was burned on the right side for about a one foot section.On review the photo did show a darkened section but no mention was made of what it was. Also the sellers shipping charge was higher than stated in his add. |

| Rebuttal: Have had no direct complaints from this buyer. If he had contacted us we would have been more than happy to do whatever necessary to make him happy. Also note--have never sold gun with burnt stock!!! Don't have any idea what he is talking about. |

| Comments: Jap WWII Last Ditch #5302145735: Bought 6/20, check&CRFFL mailed 6/22. Asked to have held and shipped with second purchase Springfield 1903 #5984161449 after that check cleared and Pat said ok. Mailed check 7/2. PROBLEMS: (1) Followed up 3 times without any reply finally calling him, Pat was out of town. Then received email 8/18 that he didn't have my CRFFL. Had to mail a second one certified mail. Received rifles 8/28. (2) Jap mum ground off; I didn't ask and he didn't tell. (3) Springfield looks to have been reworked or something as the receiver and bolt are bear metal and have light ground marks in them which is unlike my other 1903 - but I'm far from an expert so you be the judge. The rest of the rifle appears okay. Again, I didn't ask and he didn't tell. Suggest that you ask Pat for a thorough description before bidding if it is not provided as well as S&I charges and follow up promptly if your purchase is not received in a reasonable period of time. I am not advocating don't purchase from Pat as he has commendable feedback. My experience was just not a pleasant one - none of us are perfect. |

| Comments: In the description, Pat did not mention that the bore was really rusty or that there was lots of rust around the nipples on this revolver. He just said that it was in "good working order". It is, but will require lots of de-rusting and clean-up to make it right. It shouold have been mentioned. |
