| Comments: The add said"works and fires" hard to do with a broken firing pin!I looked down the barrel and this gun has not been fired in a long time!It is cheaper to make a new pin then pay to ship it back.He lied in his add! |

| Rebuttal: This guy contacted us with complaint after he left this Neg. feedback. We offered to refund his $20 and let him keep the action. Can't even get him to reply. This guy does not play fair. |

| Comments: gun arrived with a loose front sight my very reputable gunsmith said frontsight was epoxed to barrel when seller was told he would not reinburse the cost or repairs. i personally would not deal with this man again gun was not inspected before shipped |

| Rebuttal: HAD GUN 12 DAYS. SHOT IT THEN HAD SIGHT WORKED ON AND NEVER CONTACTED US ABOUT IT IN ADVANCE. TRIED TO GET $65 FIRST THEN CHANGED AMT TO $35. IF HE CONTACTED US BEFORE WORK DONE WE WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT BACK FOR REFUND OR AUTHORIZED A REASONABLE AMOUNT FOR THE WORK. |

| Comments: Gun not Excellent. Front bead broken wood refinished. Pat was rude on the phone and blamed local FFL for damage. He told me the gun could be returned but will "deduct repairs" from the refund. Gun rated 75% locally. Buyers Beware. |

| Rebuttal: Gun accurately described.Absolutely no damage to this gun when shipped. Packed in hard case w/foam lining then in heavy box. Admitted no damage to box. Damage definitely done upon arrival. Kept changing story as to complaint.Not rude but firm on what's right is right. SELLERS BEWARE THIS GUY |
