| Comments: Firearm was packed well, and received in good order. Post auction communication minimal; firearm listed as having no issues, but received with 1/4" dent in cheekpiece, which was obviously there when shipped. Dissapointed in dent, but otherwise transaction o.k. |

| Rebuttal: This was a brand new rifle ordered directly from Sako/Beretta and has never even been on display. It did not have a dent when it left here! A full refund has been offered. |
