| Comments: Took my money. Resold the gun out from under me. Made up a claim that my email address wasn't working yet he was able to send me the invoice total and to tell me that he had sold the gun out from under me by email. He hasn't returned my bank draft yet so beware of this guy. |

| Rebuttal: First of all my shipping costs are posted in plain sight BEFORE you bid on them.As a doctor,you would think he could read.He wouldn't even agree to pay for my commission costs to settle this as a gentleman.He just wanted to get ut of his commitment.So he "stiffed" me. |

| Comments: Pictures and descriptions did not show or describe the fact that the forearm was cracked, had been glued, and when I received it it was in 2 pieces. When I contacted him he said he had not noticed. I'm keeping the gun and see what I can do to fix it. |

| Comments: The rifle was poorly packaged in a Priority Trifold with the barrel sticking out, and only one layer of completely flat/popped small bubble wrap, thus the rifle arrived with dings, dents, and a ruined muzzle. One of the most poorly packaged rifles I've seen shipped in years. |

| Rebuttal: Well--I can't help what the Post Office does with my packages.I offered the insurance papers but he didn't want them.Most all of my feedbacks say haw good my packaging is.I gave him a good feedback.Go figure. |

| Rebuttal: I offered to return all of his money FIVE times,including an unauthorized repair.He kept sending nasty E-Mails,but wouldn't send the piece back!I just can't do any more than that. |
