| Rebuttal: Advertized a 90% gun. The cylinder didn't rotate; the rust was horrific; a substance was on the it and gun smelled like mildew. This is the worst gun I have ever seen from Auction Arms. AA is responsible for enforcing their NRA standards against dishonest gun dealers. What about my shipping costs? |

| Rebuttal: This person told me AFTER the sale (quote), "IF YOU OR YOUR FFL NEED A FFL FROM ME THE DEAL IS OFF,I DO NOT HAVE A FFL..." Yet per the seller's own guidlines, my FFL wanted to deal with someone with an FFL to protect me from others not qualified to sell guns. Then advertise "NO FFL" so we know! |
