| Comments: Good seller and rifle as per pictures. Described barrel as brite and shiny and good accept for last inch or so. Barrel was counter bored a couple of inches, not stated in item description. Should have stated this. Still pleased with, and would buy from again. Next time will ask questions. |

| Rebuttal: This is the first I have heard of this. It appeared to be overly cleaned or washed out in the last 1" or so as I stated in the ad. It was an original WWI barrel dated 1918. If he was unhappy with it I wish he would have given me a chance to refund. I really try to make everyone happy. |

| Comments: Double Star 1911A1 frame is of passable quality but not quite up to sellers rail size description of snug fits with various slides. It made a loose but decent shooter using a 7790314 mil spec hard slide. |

| Rebuttal: This is the first I heard he wasn't happy. He had a three day inspection, even on parts, which AA doesn't require. I would have been happy to give him a refund, and I stand behind my description. |

| Comments: Bid on gun that was listed as New. It came with no paperwork (manuals, warranty card, etc) and factory hangtag removed. When I requested paperwork, I was sent photographed copies of the owners manual. Nice enough folks, but I won't buy from them again. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was new, never sold but had been on shelf. Manual we mailed him was printed off line. At the same time I requested Beretta USA to send him papers. He got the gun for near wholesale. After leaving him a positive feedback an e-mail or phone call instead of a neutral would have been nice. |
