| Comments: FFFF. 4F's Does not answer e-mails in a timely manner. Auction closed on the 3rd and I recieved item on the 17Th. I recieved the tracking # the day the item arrived after several e-mails to get it. They need to take much better care of the folks who wants to spend money with them. Shame on you smt! |

| Rebuttal: You forgot to add that I did not get payment until the 7days after auction closed. I shipped gun next day and took the rest of the time for ups to deliver.. I am in Ga. and you are in Ca.. Ground shipping of $10.00 takes 7 to 8 days.. |

Paid $40.00 shipping,(overnight required by UPS).Finally, arrival tracking # showed guns shipped GROUND @ $14.00,AFTER they said they had already shipped.Won't do business with them again. |

| Rebuttal: I am sorry to hear you paid 40.00 for shipping as you can see in all of my auctions I charge 20.00 for handguns and 10.00 for long guns. All that I see here is a lie. I am sorry that your guns came ground I ship all guns next day or second day. Nate |
