Comments: He paid promptly however, item disappeared from my dealers shop prior to shipping. Sometimes things happen. I explained to him and immediately gave him a full refund. He posted a negative feedback for me. I guess he's never had anything stolen from him before. I excepted a bit more understanding

Rebuttal: I used to do nothing when I won an auction and the seller did not have or previously sold an item. Has happened to many times. Maybe my luck, but 8% of my wins I find the seller does not have the item even after I send money. IN NO WAY THIS CAN BE MY FAULT.

Rebuttal: I used to do nothing when sellers did not have item listed. Around 8% of items I win, I find out, sellers have sold, lost or whatever. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. As a buyer, this is getting old.
