| Comments: I won this Remington 1100 on the 18th its now the 25th I email this person 3 different times no response I guess 380.00 was not enough money for him but it was a no reserve auction.bad business practices.no excuse.auction rules I read seller should contact me in three days. |

| Rebuttal: I sent him a invoice & heard absolutely nothing. My phone # is in the listening. The buyer is responsible for paying & sending a signed FFL. DEADBEAT for sure. Anyone who looks @ any of my feedback from guns that I have sold can c that this buyer is full of crap. Thanks for nothing jerk |

| Rebuttal: I called two different #'s several times. It was @ least 2 weeks before I got this seller to respond. I e-mailed him 3 r 4 times thru auction arms as well. No reply to any of them. His Ruger did not bring enough so he didn't want to complete the Transaction ! UNBELIEVABLE !! |

| Comments: Deadbeat buyer. This guy gave me the run-around for over 5 weeks. (Ex.) Money was sent and stolen, money was lost, wife was told to send money and forgot. I spoke with him at least 3 times on phone and promised things he never followed through with. |
