| Comments: Rifle described as new with "2 30 rd stainless steel factory mags." I confirmed Ruger "factory" mags via email before I sent the money. Mags shipped were not factory but after market mags worth much less than factory mags described. No response to emails seller. Did not get mags I bargained for. |

| Rebuttal: wanted me to overnight the merchandise to the FFL dealer at no cost to the buyer once i refused decided to make up story about the clips, yet kept the merchandise. |
