| Comments: Not worth shipping back and the headache but this gun had the stock cracked about 3 inches from safety button around towards pistol grip both sides clear through, was not stated in description or I would not of bid??????? Could of been overlooked, but it was the first thing I noticed. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer never called... good pics and no crack is seen, things are damaged in shipping at times. One phone call would have solved the problem. I guess sometimes it's just easier to complain |

| Comments: I recieved my auction idem and it was as discribed,except for a none working safty.I am not shure if I would have bid on this idem if this Had been in the discription.the idem arrived with a tag on it stating that safty did not work.suprize. |

| Rebuttal: This buyer never made contact re: safety issue, otherwise we would have been glad to refund his money... maybe because he bought a tight action Ithaca double that needs a little work for a wall hanger price. |

| Rebuttal: This buyer never notified us,we find out from UPS, and he has never filed a report. These are factory sealed cases, never opened. We took his word for it and sent him a check, at the prorated cost of a box of the ammo at our cost,rightfully so...Seems to me we should have positive feedback. |

| Rebuttal: This buyer is so fast they neglected to read shipping intructions. Auction went off April 11, We sent e-mail to winning bidders. We are closed Monday, buyer called with payment on 13th. Gun was packed and called in on 14th, shipped 15th, recieved the 16th. Slowwww down and the read instructions!!! |

| Comments: A very good quality derringer, but the triggerguard was broken-likely by an inexperienced kit builder as the broken part was overlapping the trigger bow by a good 1/8". Seller responded quickly and offered a refund. I'll keep it. Lesson: always ask sellers to look at brass triggerguards on any kit. |

| Comments: Poor description--left out major defects. I should have asked questions be4 buying though, which is why I'm leaving a neutral instead of a negative. Poor gun. Poor service--couldn't find my paperwork. Probably would not buy from again unless I asked many questions first. |

| Rebuttal: This guy is a wiz. After a month and positive feedback from me he decides to write this drool. I still offered a full refund after seeing this, but he would not return my calls. We had a number of these and everyone was really happy with them. I will let our record stand against his. |

| Comments: Seller stated in the auction description that the mum was not ground on a jap type 38. The mum was not ground but was defaced. Seller knew the mum was a selling point and only didn't disclose everything. Feel he could have been a more honest. Post sale response from seller, item was sold AS IS. |

| Rebuttal: Rifle was described to the best of my knowledge.Sold as parts only.Returned purchase price and told him to keep the rifle.Doesn't want the money. Don't know what else I can do for this person. |
