| Comments: Before bidding I asked the seller if the glass was clear and problem free. He said it was, so I bid. I won the auction and when I received the scope, the glass was very hazy (internally). I asked for refund w/ all my shipping costs. He only refunded my original payment. I'm out $15 for shipping. |

| Rebuttal: WHEN I READ HIS EMAIL IT WAS AT NIGHT. I WENT DOWN TO EXAMINE THE SCOPE, IN THAT LIGHT IT LOOKED GOOD. UPON RECEIVING THE SCOPE BACK AND LOOKING OUTSIDE I REALIZED HE WAS RIGHT SO I REFUNDED THE PURCHASE PRICE AND SHIPPING $90.00 SORRY, HE NEVER TOLD ME RETURN COST. I DIDN'T RETURN SHIPPING COST |

| Comments: Never paid! Closed 2/03 TMB call about 2 wks after close & asked were gun was, I didnt get payment, after that I had tried contacting Numerous times and NEVER got a response.I feel that TMB wasted a lot of my time. Then he contacts me after I leave neg feedback! Funny! |

| Rebuttal: I honestly think that I sent FFL and check to the party. They can't find any records of recieving it and I can't find any either. So I emailed them 3/12/09 to state that I would check with Bank, NO luck, so purchased another check and emailed and ask for their address again, NO Response, bad comm. |

| Rebuttal: I had several emails, in which I answered all to what I thought was to a postive natural. I offered to make a refund, send it to my Gunsmith, pay to have him take it to his Gunsmith, which he was going to do and I never heard from him again until now when I read my feed back. I guess bad comm. TMB |

| Rebuttal: I listed a number of guns that day and I forgot which scope was on that rifle. Value wise they were the same value scopes, if the buyer would have let me know before he posted the feedback I would have been happy to exchanged it with a Bushnell. My objective has always been to make the buyer HAPPY. |
