| Comments: Seller first tried to overcharge me, on both cost of items & freight. Live shells arrived loose in box w/almost no packing. A dangerous condition - primers could easily have been struck by other shells. One shell came apart, leaving bullet & powder everywhere. When contacted, seller put blame on ME! |

| Comments: The overcharge was NOT only .99 - he also tried to charge me almost $11 for a one-pound package. He also said most people don't complain about the .99 extra, so apparently he adds an extra buck to every order, even though the listing clearly says there is never a handling fee. |

| Comments: Seller told ME it was 1 lb, so of course I didn't want to pay for more. Charging for weight that doesn't exist is a sneaky, underhanded way to make extra profit. Since he knew the package was going from coast to coast, all the more reason it should have been packaged properly. |

| Comments: Shell that separated was not some delicate antique, but a sturdy military 8X57 Mauser. Shells arrived just loose in box - box actually RATTLED when set down by UPS driver. That's right - LIVE SHELLS just thrown loose in a box, free to clang together against each other's primers. |

| Comments: Seller wanted me to pay UPS charges ($8.41) to return the shell to him, and then he would send me $1.99. I don't know a lot, but I am able to add and subtract, and this one just don't come out square. Why should I have to pay for his poor packaging?? |

| Comments: His listings say any problem will be resolved like gentlemen. His response to my polite email was to blame ME for the lack of packing! His 2nd email was a diatribe - he called me petty, I wanted everything for nothing, he will not have customers dictate box stuffing, etc. Some gentleman! |
