| Comments: I contacted this winner twice, I received blank e-mails from him, after going thru AA I was told today 11/16/02 that he sent me e-mail that he found a Mosin Nagant elsewhere and he wouldn't complete the transaction. Total waste of time with this guy. |

| Rebuttal: I wrote him two e-mails and explained what happend and also I mentioned to him that I'm willing to pay for re-rgistration fee, but he decided to put negetive feedback anyways. |
