| Comments: Buyer beware.First air rifle sent was 177 after seller told me did not have 177.Box in terrible shape, plastic front site ground off. Item boxed poorly. Seller tried to charge UPS $100 for a $40 gun! 2nd gun front site broken. Will not buy from this seller again.! |

| Comments: WE're in the SAME CITY and he would'nt let me come and pick the item up to save some over priced shipping! I mailed him a check in one day and it took three weeks to get the item. Item broke after the first shot VERY CHEAP, I don't even care to deal for a refund.BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS SELLER! |

| Rebuttal: Item description clearly stated shipping terms. We do not allow pick up. He mailed me a check, it took USPS a week to deliver it to me, then a week to clear the bank, than a week to deliver item to buyer. |

| Comments: I am very unhappy w/seller. Paid for purchase immediately w/credit card but so far only excuses. It has been over 3 weeks and still no gun or refund just excuses. Be very careful of this seller. I will print a retraction if I ever get satisfaction. |

| Comments: I sent a money order for this item and another item on 7/26 this is now the 8/20 and I have yet to receive it .I emailed them with with my address and my name but they must not take that information off the money order I told them to just send my money back but i didn't get that either |
