Rebuttal: I had death in family and contacted seller about it. Am sending money to cover listing fee and hope this does not affect my account. I am quite busy with estate of my mother and just had other things on mind. Seller said if I sent fee to cover list it was ok.

Comments: Called me when auction ended, Said his he did not have an FFL to transfer gun but he was going to send money for me to hold and he would have someone in a week, It has been a month now and still no money or FFL.

Rebuttal: Sent money order week and half ago should have recieved by now i will call and track mo after call should be there now had problem as late gettin it out
