| Comments: Received gun not as advertised; had a cracked stock, and marks on the bbl's. I called prior to auction end; nothing was mentioned. Avon Gun did refund the purchase price and what I sent for shipping. I paid shipping back; FFl fees, ect; it ended up to be wasted time and money. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was as advertised. He returned gun with a crack in the checkering of the stock which was probably done in shipment, But we refunded full price plus his shipping. |
