| Rebuttal: I failed to pay because this seller posted pictures of firearms on his auction, thereby creating an express warranty. But, the guns pictured were not the guns auctioned! If this were a new gun I'd understand. How can you expect someone to pay for an item not depicted? Very misleading. |
