| Comments: BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST!! completely miss lead the item and will NOT abide with auction arms guidelines and refund money for return! Listed gun as factory fresh and in the FACTORY NEW category. Gun is at 75% of original finish with a TON of obvious holster wear and rust at the rear of the slide. |

| Rebuttal: I stand by the way I listed the gun. The gun was factory new in the box. May have been fired a few times. Less than 12. I advertised that way. I knew the history of this particular gun since it was shipped to Denver. Look at my other feedback and make your decision. Bigunone |
