| Rebuttal: Since the auction ending, I have attempted to contact the seller at various intervals to provide credit card payment. The line was constantly busy. I emailed the FFL with no response. There is no voice mail. I will not mail a certified check to a no contact. |

| Rebuttal: I am unsure of this sale. To my knowledge, I have always paid my bills here. If I am incorrect, please tell me which gun I bid on and didn't pay for. Thank you. |
