| Comments: as discribed tried several times to get a UPS tracking number but never got one from him.it's hard to know when to be there to recieve your ammo if you dont have a tracking number,seller needs to be alittle more on the ball to keep buyer aware of whats going on with the the goods they buy! |

| Rebuttal: We already have noted before you bid that we don't have time to be searching for tracking #'s every day. Shipments are processed 10 miles from where we check e mails, so running back n forth every time some one gets a bug & wants a tracking # is nearly impossible. |

| Comments: This rifle was shot a lot and never cleaned. And then most likely stored in a damp basement unprotected. Although the seller and I disagreed that Stainless steel "Won't rust." I am pretty sure he never really studied metallurgy. Stainless steel can rust. My bad for purchasing it. Live and learn. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer broke Auction rules & dissembled rifle & broke it, then asked for refund. If I'm supposed to follow the rules here so are you. I live in the coal region. There is 60 yr old machinery outside in the woods behind my house with stainless steel parts. None of those parts are rusted yet.... |

| Rebuttal: simple honest mistake mixed up glock mags during very busy week. fixed problem for him right away and paid the S&H both ways. He wanted more. "restocking fee" on 7 glock mags I sold to him? give me a break |

| Rebuttal: and it's not "shipping costs" it's shipping, handling, and auction fee's. actual expenses, not made up ones like your "restocking fee" |
