| Comments: I have continually tried to send and email to this seller to get phone contact and have received no reply, I have sent 4 emails, starting on the 14th and no reply as of the 22nd of Sept. On the 14 he sent his name and address only. |

| Comments: I won auction 2038524 for a Grendel P10. I contacted seller and he never responded. I discovered the item in his ad wasn't a Grendel pistol. My opinion is that fraud was attempted by seller. |

| Rebuttal: Sorry, I was not committing fraud. I messed the order of my pictures up with my other auctions. I have the Grendel P10. If you want to e-mail me, I will make a deal with you. SORRY for the inconvience. |
