My thinking is that this seller was not please with the winning bid, so just blew it off entirely |

| Rebuttal: I emailed this fellow several times, also sent rensends through AA. He did respond that he was sending money but never did, so he gave me a negative because I gave him a negative for non pay. |

| Comments: Described as "excellent, 99%". Was filthy with defective magazine, had all sorts of crap in it, incl. dead bugs. Sent replacement and it was as good as the 1st one. Found adj. sights to be defective. Have spent $100.00 in add. to original cost. Gun is excellent now! I'll never do business with him!! |

| Rebuttal: This guy complained to me because gun jamed twice in 100 rds, said mag was dirty, guns are rated on condition of finish, I replaced mag with new mag, he said all was well, now negative several months after transaction. |

| Comments: Beware of this seller stated, "Bright shiny bores." Before bidding I emailed & asked, "Is there were any rust or pits." Seller respond there was neither. Upon receiving shotgun, left barrel pitted badly just forward of chamber. Seller wants me to pay shipping back for his total ntruthfulness. |

| Comments: The rifle as received was not as described in the auction. More parts were missing than indicated, screws were buggered and rusted in place, rear sight bent. General rust on entire rifle.I would not purchase another item from this seller. |

| Rebuttal: This seller was offered a refund and wanted to keep the rifle. I stated that the buttplate and sling swivel was missing, I didnt think I needed to state the screws for them were also missing. |
