| Comments: These grips are nothing special - same quality as other reproduction grips. VERY slow shipping by this seller even when sent payment with certified funds. To make matters worse seller charges $4.00 to ship an item that cost him $.80 postage. |

| Comments: Sent money order to seller within 12 hours. Received item 31 days later (so why not send a check?) Its obvious seller puts items (grips) out for bid knowing he does not have them in stock.Also grips which are sold as replicas are just every day ordanary garden variety type. |

| Rebuttal: This complaint doesn't make any sense to me. We emailed payment information immediately after the auction closed and responded to all subsequent emails on the same day they were received. The two day shipping delay was done at the buyer's request. |

| Comments: gun as described but took 31 days to receive.would not answer 6 emails.only when i complained to auction arms did he respond and ship priority the next day.certified funds did not ship immediately.lost sale due to delay.would rather have refund due to delay. |

| Rebuttal: This guy's order had the misfortune of arriving during my extended hunting trip and Thanksgiving vacation. It was shipped immediately upon my return. This situation was a one time fluke due to slow mail that did not arrive before I left on my trip. |

| Comments: Items were in advertised condition, shipping very slow. Even though I sent M.O. immediately, items not shipped for over 2 weeks and then by regular parcel post instead of Priority Mail which I was charged for. |
