| Rebuttal: This fine individual attempted to return a gun for refund after it had obviously been damaged. He said the damage happened in transit; however, he mysteriously refused to file an insurance claim, which strongly suggests that he damaged it himself. |

| Rebuttal: We never ignore customer email. The 4 emails mentioned were all sent within 60 seconds at 1:45 AM today, 20 minutes before negative feedback was posted. Despite this bizarre behavior, we'll still cheerfully work out whatever went wrong with this order. |

| Rebuttal: There's always an "expert" somewhere who will bad mouth a good gun for no reason. We grade guns accurately and have done so for many years. A picture of this gun was even included in the auction. If you had asked to return this gun within the inspection privilege you could have done so with no questions asked. This is the first we've heard of your disappointment. |
