| Comments: Buyer agreed to 60 day Layaway 20% down 60 days to pay no refund on deposit.Buyer did not honor agreement and lost deposit and gun. As a grown man the buyer should not enter into contracts, break them and then act like a child having a tantrum when he does not get his way. Very Sad. |

| Rebuttal: I hope this seller does something good with my Money. Tantrum The only thing I done was ask for my deposit back. I had to block his e-mails!!!!! He feels sad for me, Please get some help. I thought the layaway ended 8-26 he said 7-26 No contacts about payments whatsoever. Dont use his layaway plan |

| Rebuttal: I didnt meet reserve seller wanted haggle I made offer seller accept offer ask seller if it was a 12 or 20 ga. when contacted about payment, seller did not respond back ask again no responce, not listed in auction either. Decided not to buy if he would have answered deal would have went through. |
