| Comments: Dave did not honor the three day return privilage he offered on a rifle I purchased from him. He over estimted the condition of this rifle. |

| Rebuttal: Dont buy it if you are not willing to follow rules! Rules are clear - 3 day NO FIRE INSPECTION - This guy shot the gun , said it had problems - the gun was as new in 97% to 98% with great bore - go figure - WIL NOT SELL TO HIM AGAIN ! |
