Comments: I repeatedly asked this seller if he was a license FFL or a private seller, as my local FFL will not accept transfers from a private seller and firrearms have to be shipped thru an FFL, at my expense. I recived no communication from him, so did not send payment.

Comments: Seller failed to disclose that the firearm had a bent front sight. He CLAIMED, that although he had owned the firearm for ~50 years, that he had never noticed that the front sight was off center/crooked. Bottom line is that it cost ME $70.00 (20% of the total cost) in round-trip shipping cost.

Rebuttal: The gun was made in the 1960's and No one noticed the front sight ramp was slightly out of line. Apparently he did not read the rules and regulations of A A. Refunded the full price of the gun and then he filed a contest on the credit card purchase in what appears to be an attempt to collect twice.
