| Rebuttal: Customer was offered insurance at cost , he turned it down . The package was mailed without the insurance (his option) . It's apparently lost in the mail . I have proof of mailing by way of cash register receipt from post office where it was mailed. Customer was the one who took a chance -and lost . |
