I committed to buy Hi Cap 22lr magazines that were Illegal to ship to me because They weren't "on duty" related,I couldn't get a letter from my department so I could not legally buy them.email me the fees you were charged I will send you a check. I apologize. |

| Comments: Auction closed March 9th. Sent customer winning bidder email March 9th, no reply. Sent payment reminder emails March 20th and March 22nd, still no reply. No choice but to relist with negative for relist credit. |

| Rebuttal: My Fault! My computer died and it took me awhile to get another one. I DID NOT know I even won the auction until I got back online. I wish a phone call was made to me. Again, I'm very sorry this happened, I should have checked my email from another computer. Thank You |
