Comments: I got a nice shotgun, at a great price. No complaint there. The customer service not so much. I paid & had my local shop fax over their FFL the next day. They were almost impossible to contact by phone. 1st they had it, then they didn't, Took 2 weeks for them to ship my gun. I won't buy again.

Comments: This gun is not restricted in NYS, they have a policy of not selling to residents of NY regardless of being a ffl holder. Their good people and probably have good reason, but seems wierd to me. Very dissappointed they would not sell to me.
