| Comments: GUN NOT AS DESCRIBED!!! Said stock was 90%.Did not tell me that comb had been lowered ON A TRAP GUN. It was awful, lopsided, finish did not match, very poorly done. He refunded money but would not refund shipping either way. Cost me $50 to find out he is not honest. I have pics & emails. Stay away!! |

| Rebuttal: Look at the feedback I left for him. Auction Arms rules state purchaser pays for shipping. I normally pay shipping both ways for a customer if unhappy, but this one has made it easy to decide. |

| Comments: CAUTION!!! Gun as described, seller slow… No receipt. Get ALL info before auction closes. Only way I got seller to reply to my Emails was to go through Auction Arms staff. Ask for verification of shipping and took another trip thru Auction Arms to get a reply. |

| Comments: Rifle wasn't accurately described in the listing. No refinish of the stock is noted, just dings. Excessive freight charges for cheap plastic case. Shipped via reg. UPS (extra slow) ground rate. NO refund expected, but FUTURE BUYERS SHOULD REQUEST SEVERAL HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS PRIOR TO BIDDING. |

| Rebuttal: The auction was #6057095, check the descripition of the stock. This guy just submits negative feedback but isn't gentleman enough to contact me about any problems. The cases cost me $16 plus shipping UPS ground was $18, I charged him $30, lost $4 on shipping then he ----es. |

| Rebuttal: I always include a copy of my FFL with the firearm, at least I try to always include one. This must be one that got by me. In any event, my sincere apoligies for any trouble this caused you. I'm sending another signed FFL to your dealer now. |

| Comments: bid on was a Winchester model 12, 20 ga. vent rib, not reblued, 95% etc.When the gun came it it was a Jap repro. There are 3 or 4 for auction now and all state what they are. $65 shipping both ways & FFL. Should have been better described. Gun was returned and money refunded promply. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was as described, however sometimes, people see the same thing different ways. Money was refunded same day, and offer to pay for shipping was declined. I'm suprised about negative feedback. |

| Comments: Seller reneged on this dutch auction. I bid,won and was notified by seller that I had won 400rds of ammo. 4 weeks have past and I have neither ammo or money back. Seller has not replied to my latest E mails or those from AA. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER. |
