| Comments: AFTER bidder placed bid, then asks if scabbard included. Told him no, bayonet only. Then told me he didn't want to pay what he bid, wanted me to cancel bid. Told him I don't do that. Then said if I did not cancel, he would not pay. No payment. |

| Rebuttal: It was my fault for not checking to see if scabbard was included. I assumed it did at the price listed and the picture on auction. I explained this to seller and was willing to pay the fee. They refused. |
