Comments: Leaving negative feedback in order to get our relisting credit back. Customer won gun, arranged for payment which we did not process as we were waiting for the FFL, called back within a day and said he no longer wanted the item and that under the 3 day inspection rule he was not taking the gun.

Rebuttal: Unfortunately seller is correct. I was going to purchase this item but when I went to my FFL he had concerns about the rifle so I had to cancel. I was the only bidder so I did not feel it would be a problem for the seller. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Comments: Transaction not completed. Gave Cryonics ample time to submit payment. After auction then wants to have extra items added for bid price. Will not do business with individual.

Rebuttal: Unfortunately my FFL would not accept this rifle in my state. I was hoping that if the mag was shipped separately that it would p----but they would not agree so I had to cancel. This was a buy it now purchase so I had hoped this would not cause any problems.
