| Rebuttal: This is not a rebutal but just an explanation. I was down for 2 1/2 weeks with Bronchial Pneumonia. This really screwed my e-mails and shipments up really bad. Out of all my sales in that time this is the only negative feedback I received. I may have missed this gentleman with my explanation letter. |
