Rebuttal: We never received any communication until we reached out to buyer. We later learned that (Robertraw) posted a single comment on a closed auction, demanding shipping cost changes, which we made. Not 3-4 emails as he claims. Once payment was made, we shipped next day.

Comments: slow as dirt -sent three emails asking to combine shipping, long story short it took a month to get my purchase my first purchase too even longer I had to track the shotgun down and call several times before I got that,the second purchase was ok time wise. Rob what are you doing up there ????

Comments: On the one hand, item was very nice and a fair price. However, seller responsiveness was VERY disappointing. After receiving the invoice and paying, it took 12 days and 4 e-mail inquiries from me to finally receive shipping confirmation. And then, not even an apology was given for the delay.

Comments: 32 days after email the FFL (and placed the m.o. in the mail) I will recv my gun. I sent a USPS m.o., but they had to wait for it to clear. Poor Communication. As much as I want to help the NRA, I will be hard pressed to send my money through this medium

Rebuttal: We deeply apologize for the delay. Between waiting for the payment to arrive and delays in shipping, it really did take longer than it normally should have for this gentleman to receive his gun. We have improved shipping times greatly - thanks for your support of the NRA.
