| Comments: This buyer agreed to our auction terms when he posted his bid. We 110% met our terms. He missed inspection period. Did not want to return gun. He responded with negative feedback. Sad that an agreement means nothing to him. Note:Packed professionally in new hard case! |

| Rebuttal: Reprisal NEG. My bid, payment & communications were first rate. Seller advertised a K32 w/ 30" bar. Sent me 32" bar. No response from seller re listing error. Caveat Emptor! Also, stock damaged. Poor packaging, bad transport or ? |
