| Comments: I sent a money order out for payment on auction #55734220135 on 12-14-99. By the 9th of this month I had still not received the obejcts to which I had paid for. I sent an e-mail requesting information and was told items must have been lost in the mail. I took this at face value yet it is 9 days later and still no reciept of goods. I will NEVER do business with this user again. I pride myself on contact and quick payment, evidentally that means nothing to this user. |

| Rebuttal: I apologized for the shipping problem,but these things do happen, especially during the peak shipping season. Heartland41 now has another shipment on its way. |
