| Comments: I was high bidder on the Weatherby 300 Anniversary edition, and sent Email regarding the sale. I was aware that my bid did not meet reserve price, so I asked for his reserve price for an opportunity to meet that price. No return reply was sent, and I see it is up for auction AGAIN, and the same bidder has bid on it, with the same lower bid than mine. A response would have been nice, as I have bid on many guns on AArms, and bought a few. In the past, all the sellers have contacted me FIRST, and offered to sell at the reserve price. |

| Rebuttal: The Reserve price is the minimum selling price. We figure these tire-kickers would bid to the Reserve if they were serious! |

| Comments: After sending payment, I got no return of my long distance calls or e-mailed letters for over a week, though I got a full refund after I promised to take legal action, which is why this feedback is marked neutral. I asked them for some explanation, and got none, and no apology. No deal was worth what I went through to get my money back! I will be more careful from now on - if someone won't communicate with you before you send payment, don't send payment! |
