| Comments: The seller had good communication with the buyer. However the gun was shipped to buyer's FFL holder loaded with a round in the chamber. Not very smart or safe! |

| Comments: This seller is very rude.... I sent him full payment by money order.... I did forget to include the shipping charge..when he phoned me he acted as though I was an idiot. the end result... he is keeping my money and the gun. |

| Rebuttal: I was NEVER rude! Buyer didn't give me a chance to respond. He said, "keep the money order and the gun." I have no intention of cashing this M.O. Buyer is apparently also a ----! |

| Comments: Seller sold an unsafe gun on consignment. It fired when the action was closed. No triggers were pulled. His position was that since the gun was fired he had no obligation to rectify the situation. Seller is unethical. Buyer beware with this person! |

| Rebuttal: Buyer ignored 3 day inspection rule, fired gun, & had it worked on without notifying me. He sent word he was having problem fixed & didn't want a refund; just wanted to inform me. After 4 days he wanted refund. I had already paid off owner, leaving me no recourse. My record speaks for itself! |
