| Comments: M16 mags were restricted to LE/GOVT. He offered to take them back, but I am FFL and he is not. I can't legally send them back to him. Claims he didn't know they were restricted. All were clearly stamped as such. Photos in auction showed all other stampings on mags, except restriction statements. |

| Rebuttal: 2 Of the 15 mags had that stamp, just got them at trade in at the time didnt check all to make sure my mistake!!! |
