| Comments: These Sig Pro 12rd mags are flat black color, LE marked. Good communication, ok ship speed. But mags are "New/Old" stock. Oil coating from factory sort of caked onto Mags due to aging. Formed a grease/rustic film. Some soaking in WD40, and foam pad scrubbing restored them. |

| Rebuttal: I guess I must accept blame here. We ordered 200 of these from S&W. I received 83 of them, and none were packaged. I got no explanation from S&W on that one, but the mags are totally new. I will update the listing. Always remember, we offer a complete refund policy if requested. |

At any rate, he counted correctly 1 out of 2 times (that's almost 50%).....if he were in politics, that would certainly be respectable enough. |

Not a totally honest thing to do, sell a broken firearm (although repair will be handled by manufacturer at no cost, shipping was $19.10). |

| Comments: I bid on a blued magazine but received a nickel-plated one from the seller. Not a big deal really, so I didn't make a fuss over it. Not worth the money and hassle to ship a single mag back to seller for replacement. Transaction was fast and otherwise trouble-free. |
