| Comments: I have 5 days to return gun and he refused to get it handled within the time! 17 days after auction had ended he wanted $17 credit saying one was damaged! Guns were good used shape and started $1.00 and NO RESERVE! Tried to be fair, he's on his time only. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was damaged. Gunsmith said not repairable. I emailed within 3 days of receipt. Seller was out of town for week. He made no return offer. I sold gun as "parts gun". |
