Comments: I am a licensed gun dealer; I am a professional; The accusation was made I sold a "used" gun as "new". Does this individual think I would risk my FFL standing for one sale? I think not! This individual had the gun for (3) days, then claimed it was used; No gun dealer would give a refund, in this type of instance. I auction items on many websites; My ratings are all positive. I fell this was strictly a case of dissatisfaction of the weapon he purchased. I hate resorting to "negative" feedback, but this is a question of integrity! I see from his other feedback rating, this is not a "high point" with this gentleman.

Rebuttal: I WENT TO 3 DIFFERENT LOCAL DEALERS AND THEY ALL SAID THIS PISTOL LOOKED USED. HOW DO YOU GET BARREL WARE, SAND INTERNALLY ON A "NEW" PISTOL? THIS SELLER LATER ADMITTED TO ME THAT HE HAD "HAND CHAMBERED" ROUNDS THROUGH THIS WEAPON.

Rebuttal: WHEN YOUR MODEM HAS BEEN FRIED BY LIGHTNING, IT IS HARD TO REPLY TO ANY E-MAIL. MAYBE IF HE WAITED PAST 3 DAYS WHEN I COULD HAVE RETURNED TO WORK TO CONTACT HIM, HE COULD HAVE MADE THE SALE. HE NEVER LEFT A PHONE NEMBER TO CALL. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
