| Rebuttal: Recieved a 90 day check Nov 5,Requested several times for an FFL.Contacted buyer via ph in Jan,was promised a FFL ASAP.Antother 3 weeks went by "NO FFL".Check never cashed and no longer any good,so I relisted.5 months holding item is unreasonable,bank refunded him on 91st day |

| Rebuttal: Well, I was sound asleep as I have parkinson and some other health issues when the man called me. He paid what was going rate and I think he though he paid to much and had buyer remorse. |
