Comments: In the gun description I wrote that there apprears to be a hairline crack on receiver right side. When we spoke about it he decided he didn't wish to purchase. p.s. this was after he had submitted the buy it now bid. Just a misunderstanding.. dee bee

Rebuttal: His remark is absolutely correct. The listing said the gun had "what appears to be a crack in the receiver". When I discussed it on the phone he said that the receiver did indeed have a crack in it. Rather than have him ship me the gun and me refuse it, I chose to end it at that juncture.

Rebuttal: The item was not as expected and I asked for and received a refund of the purchase price. I paid $50.00 for the item to be shipped to me and $18.00 to return it. He is to be commended for adhering to the return privilege of Auction Arms.
